A Quick Update.

Hi guyss...I've been missing in action for a while now. Well , I've been really busy with all my assignments and coursework that I literally didn't have any time to breathe at all. I've so many things to do and the workload keeps increasing by time.

Nevertheless , I am still keeping up with all my works , not being too stressed out and I'm managing my time pretty well these days. I don't really waste time being on social networks anymore , especially Facebook , because I hate the new timeline thingy and some people are just endlessly stupid :P

Other aspects of my life are going on pretty well too. No more drama trauma , subjects in college are pretty okay at the moment , going for a trip to Cameron Highlands in March for Anthropology project , coming up with a magazine for Special Project and our news reporting blog is pretty awesome. All these gives me a positive feeling and keeps me optimistic about things. I finally learned to be a little more organized than I were last time . And oh , I'm progressing in photography. Had my first outing last week and I managed to capture a few good shots .

So yeah , that's basically it , my current life , packed with assignments , discussion , outings and some fun time with my friends. Tiring , exhausting and oh so interesting! :)

Life is good at the moment and I hope it stays that way.

Reading used to be my favourite hobby ever. Sadly , ever since I got into college , I haven't really got the chance to read . Blame assignments and exams. I'm glad that now I finally have the time to read all those novels that have been sitting on the shelf , collecting dust for months! :P

I don't specifically stick to one genre , but I love Asian Literature. The stories are so intense , thought provoking and sometimes emotionally moving :) When I start reading , I get fully absorbed into the story line and the characters in the book =)

These are the books that I bought using the 1Malaysia book vouchers :P Still have another RM100 worth of vouchers left. It only means I'm going to get moreeee books!

I'm glad that I'm back to my reading habits . Feels so good to be reading on the bed with a cup of hot chocolate every night!

Thaipusam 2012.

Thaipusam , celebrated by all Hindus around the world to celebrate the birth of the Hindu deity " Muruga" . As for me , Thaipusam is just another day . But this year was different. We ( my friends and I ) had to go to Batu Caves on the eve of Thaipusam to get some videos for our News Reporting project. We spent almost 3 hours there . Some of my friends didn't want to climb the 272 steps to go to the top of the cave , but I told them that the visit is not complete if we didn't do so . True right? :P Well , to climb 272 steps is not easy , especially for an acrophobic like me :P

But we did just fine, reached the top , did some observations , I answered my friends questions yada yada. We then started feeling dizzy due to the lack of oxygen in the cave , so we decided to go down. Now , THAT was the real challenge for me. hahaha! The sun was scorching hot , so we decided to leave and go have lunch . After lunch , my friends took a bus back to KL and dad picked me up. Came back home , showered and napped fora good 3 hours :P I thought my legas would ache badly after that , but surprisingly , I had no pains or whatsoever. I'm fit! woooweeee! :P

The Return of The Lazy One.

Hi Hi people of the world! ( Only if there's any reading my blog) :P It's been a while since I updated. I'm not gonna give excuses like I was busy or something..I was really really lazy and uninspired to post anything. Well , that phase is over now , I guess.

College started 2 weeks ago and we're having a week off this week for CNY. This week has been really...umm..eventful? I went to PD on Monday with my mom's side of the family , shopping yesterday , went to Ipoh today to send my sister back to her uni and I need to attend a family friend's wedding tomorrow. My schedule is quite packed and all my plans to meet up with my besties went down the drain. :/

College has been good to me so far. We have a new lecturer or our Communication subjects and little did we know that he'd be this awesome! For the first time , we are doing something practical and not fully theoretical. To be honest , this is the way I like to learn. I don't like to STUDY for exams , but I love learning and experiencing new things :) I think we'll really have a good time this semester. And oh , one more thing...I'm taking 5 subjects this semester and I only have one freaking exam! An English paper that is , so I'm expecting this semester to be a less stressful one too.

I've been experimenting with my camera A LOT these days. I'm still learning and I hope I will master the fundamentals soon and take great pictures like some of my friends do :)

Everybody say hello to my new baby! Yes , I am now a proud owner of a Canon DSLR 1100D :) Thanks to mom and dad for getting it for me :)

Heh heh =P Cool right? Cool right? Just say it is and don't potong my steam >.< On a serious note , photography is something I'm very interested in and hope to learn more about. But of course there are many things that I'd like to learn but probably might never get the chance -_-'' Anyways , a big thanks to my parents for always encouraging me in whatever I'm interested in :)

Hi guys *waves*.. How have you all been? How's the new year treating you ? Well ,it's been 4 days into 2012 and I've not done ANYTHING epic or even slightly productive :P My past few days were spent doing chores for mum , sleeping and watching How I Met Your Mother and catching up on those Tamil movies I missed . Lifeless , I know. In my defense , the weather out there is pretty hell-ish for me to even think about going out. I feel a little crazy just rotting at home , but I don't really want to go out and get "baked" under the hot sun :/

This is just a meaningless post that I wrote out of sheer boredom. FYI , I'm done watching all the seasons of HIMYM , including the latest episode of Season 7 . It feels like some kind of achievement :P HAHA! Now , I'm in a dilemma whether to start watching The Big Bang Theory , Breaking Bad or The Walking Dead. Yes , so many series to watch , so little time.

College's starting next week. Time table is out and I'm neutral about it. I LOATHE Monday classes and told myself that I will not take any classes on Monday . But Photography is on Monday for the next semester, so I will have to take it. But I'm not complaining because it's not a subject where we'll sit and rot in class for 3 hours. We get to go for outings every week! ain't that great? :)

I still have a lot of things to buy before college starts. Clothes , shoes , camera and some other essentials :P Shopping this weekend! I'm super excited and I feel grateful to have my parents. Without them giving me the $$$$ I won't be able to get the things I want. Love you both mum and dad! <3

Memories of 2011.

So , 2011 is coming to an end. A New Year is coming....time for resolutions. Or not? We always wait for that day. That time. That moment. :) Every year, the new year brings a brand new feeling of hope that things will be better. That I will, even if it's just by a little bit, be a better person. That everything is going to be different and it's going to be a good kind of different (or so I hope).

No, I don't live in a perfect little world of my own. I know that there'll be times when I'll feel I'm six feet under the ground and times where disappointments will surface, making me sink into depression . But I also know I will try my best to overcome all that and be positive about things. Every year I try to change just a little bit and next year is not any different.

2011 , I must say , was one of the best years of my entire 21 years of existence :) I met people who were different. I learnt what tolerance is about. I sat in the shadows and kept an open mind about people. I got used to public transportations. I now have friends I never thought I'd have in a million years. Tried and succeeded at being an obedient daughter. I decided to make friends with my younger sister and try to understand her better. I refused to jump to conclusions and forced myself to keep my opinions in a box. I found out what its like to really try. I confused myself about my future. I became a volunteer. I faced disappointments. I picked myself up. I learnt that it's not easy to let go and that a part of me will always avoid things. I got to know a few people a lot more and I don't regret it. Despite all the shit that had happened to me this year , I would still consider 2011 a great year because those things that I faced doesn't matter anymore. In fact , they don't make any sense to me anymore. Learned A LOT of eye opening lessons this year that I shall value till the day I die.

Here are a few pictures to summarize this year :)

Life turned out to be a lot more bearable because of my friends and family. There are a lot more people I can give credit to for making me smile but you already know who you guys are :) If you've made me laugh or smile in the past 12 months, you fall into the category of people I'm grateful to know and have in my life. If you were there hugging me while I bawled or lost it, you fall into the category of people I'll never forget. You guys totally made my year and I'm forever thankful for that :)

Resolutions for 2012? I don't have any. I don't make resolutions anymore. I mean , what is the point of making resolutions on New Year's Eve and forgetting them the very next day? :S Resolutions are measures for improvements. I think I can make them when a certain situation arises along the way.

2012 , I'm more than ready for you ( though there are rumors that the world might end) . Whatever you have in store for me, I'm prepared to take it. I know you'll throw me surprises and you'll try to break me but I'll handle it better than you'd expect me to. I'll surprise you, I'll try to make sure of that. And when the year ends I know I'll look back and say it was a good year. I'm gonna make the best of you, just you wait.

Hi Hi...Merry Christmas ya'll! I'm 3 days late , but it's never too late to wish I suppose :P How did your Christmas go? I spent my Christmas in Johor this year :)

It was a holiday spent awesomely with my loved ones. Ate soooo much while I were there and my aunts and uncles kept feeding me with superbly delicious food ALL THE TIME. My stomach was never empty throughout my stay there. It's not a bad thing I guess , we all tend to eat a lot during festive seasons :D *coughsexcusescoughs*

We went to Kong Kong for dinner on Christmas Day and let me tell you , it's one of the places that you MUST visit in Malaysia. Only if you love the sea and seafood! :P The restaurant there serves the best , I mean the BEST and FRESHEST seafood everrrr! Totally worth the one hour drive we took down south. It was amazing and the food was heavenly :) Thinking about those fresh , juicy seafood is making me drool now! I did not take any pictures while I were there for obvious reasons..HAHA!

It's been 13 days into my 3 week break and I'm having tons and tons of fun! I've tried blogging about 5 times throughout the week but EVERY time I do, a text or a message on FB chat distracts me and I end up giving up on blogging. I'm not lazy or easily distracted , it means I'm just enjoying my holidays to the fullest! :)

The next few remaining days of my holidays shall be spent chilling at home. Need to clean my room , my study table and throw out a lot of junks from my room. I do this at the end of every year. It's like a symbolic kind of thing..to represent change? I know it's lame , but hey , that's the way I roll :)

We Rocked PD! :)

Yesterday , my friends and I took a road trip down to Port Dickson. We planned for this trip even before finals ended and I'm glad that it happened :) We all met up in college and left about 8.30am and reached PD at 10.30am. We brought along a lot of snacks to munch on! HAHA! As soon as we reached , we all got rather over excited , quickly rented a tent and we did what we're supposed to do in a beach! :P The atmosphere was nice to just relax and that's what we did. The weather was on our side yesterday. Mr Sun didn't show up at all and I didn't get sunburned. It was drizzling on and off , but I wasn't affected one bit because I love the rain :D

After a few hours of playing in the beach , we all got hungry and tired so we decided to change and go have lunch. Well , changing clothes was quite a challenge for me as the washroom there didn't have doors or curtains in the shower area :/ ( We saw things!!) >.< I'm quite conservative when it comes to these things as I don't really like to change in front of people...call me old fashioned :P And the place wasn't as clean as well..so yeah. I hated that part.

After changing , we chilled on the beach for a while more and drove to a nearby restaurant to have lunch. Seafood lunch :) The food was okay I guess. I've had better ones though. But I ate something that I have not eaten in a long time! CLAMS!! Or rather known as LALA to Malaysians. **Not the lalas that we see in Times Square or Bukit Bintang** :P It was already raining heavily while we were having our lunch , but we decided to continue our plan on going to Cape Rachado Lighthouse.

We had to pay RM1 for the entrance and while we were paying , one of my friends said " woohoo..we drove to 2 states today!" . I was wondering , what 2 states..then I saw the Malacca State flag hanging on top of the roof of the guard house. I couldn't believe that Tanjung Tuan was in Malacca , all these while I thought it was in Negeri Sembilan! So yeah , it was a road trip to 2 states! hehe....ain't we awesome? :P We were drenched by the time we reached the top because the rain got heavier , but that didn't stop us from camwhoring and having more fun! Man , the scenery was SO beautiful from the top! The view of the sea was just mesmerizing! I could have stayed there all day to just enjoy the beautiful scenery!

It was 5pm when we got down from the lighthouse and we were all in soaking wet clothes but everybody was smiling from ear to ear :) The trip back home was fun too as we were listening to songs and just crapped away in the car . By the end of yesterday , I was completely exhausted but happy =)

So , I'm officially in the holiday mood! Which means I'm only gonna eat , sleep , watch TV, go online and think too much all day , everyday! :P Hahaha...Im gonna enjoy this sem break to the max before the next sem begins. I know it's not gonna be easy and laid back like the previous sem :/

I love Decembers! Why you may ask. I love it for 2 reasons , one because of the holidays , two: because of CHRISTMAS! No , I'm a Hindu and I don't celebrate Christmas ,but I think it's the season I love the most! :) The decorations they have in shopping malls in KL are just amazing! I really like the decorations in Pavilion , but I have yet to check out the ones in Mid Valley and 1Utama. Heard they are awesome too! Besides that , TV channels like AFC and LI play cooking shows that make me drool..oh the hams and roasted turkey , the cookies and ginger breads..yumm yumm!! :D

I'm gonna try to brainwash my dad to get me the camera ( canon DSLR) as soon as possible. So that when I go to JB , I can bug my uncle to take me to Danga Bay to take pictures :P

Oh oh , if you guys have the time , do go to Pavilion and check out the United Buddy Bears. What bears? United Buddy Bears are a series of painted, life size bear sculptures from Berlin, Germany. The purpose of showcasing this bears are to deliver the message of tolerance, peaceful co-existence and support for children in need. The bears have become a symbol to many around the world as ambassadors to peace and unity. I must say , the bears are pretty cute , so go and check them out! I was there last Thursday and I managed to take a few shots with them :P

Meeting the UIU Delegates.

Last Tuesday ( 5th of Dec) , the delegates from Upper Iowa University paid us a visit in Segi KL. We , the committee members of Fayette House of SEGi KL , were given the opportunity to meet them . They had a meeting with the management first before meeting the students.

The meeting with them went..ummm...quite well , I think. Susila ( Ms President) presented a video on the activities that were carried out by Fayette House this year . The delegates , especially Mr Chris Sanders were very impressed and he also requested for a copy of the video to be showed to UIU students back in the US of A :)

We were then give the opportunity to ask them questions and they were more than happy to answer our questions. Overall , it was a good hour spent with the delegates and hopefully it will be beneficial for us too.

On a completely different note , I really wish to transfer to UIU to complete my degree. Maybe next year or in my final year. It would be so much better if I could transfer and further my studies there as I can broaden my horizons , experience the world and graduate from a renowned university. I am already doing my research and starting to plan from now on , so that when the time comes , I can just FLY! :D

True Happiness.

Do you know what true happiness is ? Have you ever felt true happiness? How do you differentiate true happiness and just normal everyday happiness?

For the first time in life , I felt true happiness. Yes , today. Never in my life I have felt this way before. Not when I got good grades in exams , not when I won some competitions in school , not when I got gifts from my parents. This feeling that I felt today is so indescribable.

I felt my true happiness when I wrote down the very last word of the very last sentence for the Malaysian Studies exam knowing that I will never have to face that subject in my life ever again! Well , I will have to if I fail , though I think the possibilities are 0.09% :P Hey , I'm optimistic okay?...

Dear lord in heaven , please make me pass this subject as it will be torturous for me to repeat the whole shit over again :/ Anyways , I'm almost done with my exams. Only one more paper left and that's Effective Listening , which is a piece of cake. Not meaning to sound cocky , but the lecturer gave us focus areas and I have about 4 days to study for it , so I shouldn't complain right? :)

Hi guys! I'm just giving my dead blog a quick update cos I miss blogging. I'm currently sitting in the library with my friends and doing nothing cos I've got no class today. Yeah , I'm so rajin like that :P I've been really busy for the past week with assignments and all , but I'll be free from everything tomorrow.

And then finals :( I just wanna get done with it soon and breathe :P HAHAH. I've been surprisingly stress-free though finals are nearing. That's probably because the subjects that I'm taking for this semester are pretty easy , so I shouldn't be facing any problems.

After finals , my friends and I are planning for a road trip to PD. I can't wait for it . We're gonna eat snap pictures and just laugh like nobody's business! :P Gonna go shopping next week to get some stuff :P Well , that's basically it , my short update about my mundane life :)

One last assignment submission and final presentation for Effective Listening tomorrow. Wish me luck! :D

Hi everyone!! I know I said in my previous post that the next time I'll blog is after my finals , but screw it :P Today is 11/11/11 , a day to be remembered , a special date that comes in every 1000 years? Well , nothing special or epic happened in my life today , it was just another day. I just want to have a blog post on this date . Not that it signifies something , just for fun la :P

So , my topic for today will be life. Plain and simple. What's the best thing about life? In my opinion , the best thing about life is that at the end of the day, the only person that can make you happy is you yourself. Other people can add to your happiness but more often that not, they can also take away from that happiness. It's only when you realize that have to depend on yourself that you start to love life. Not the life you want, but the life you have now.

I'm so angry at myself for all the time I wasted resenting people and situations. When all along, I should have valued my time. Time wasted , but lesson learned. So , today on the 11/11/11 , I vow to be a better person , I apologize all the mistakes done by people to me and I forgive everyone for everything. I also decided to fully let go of "things" that are meaningless.

The irony is, you can't "fake" letting go. You actually have to do it. I learned to forgive and rise above a complicated situation. But I know now that especially when it comes to dealing with people, sometimes the best response is not to respond at all. Rise above it. It's only in the last few months that I realised that time heals everything. I used to be so angry + hurt all the time, constantly bitching. The best lesson I've ever learnt is patience. I used to be such an impatient person, immediate gratification was the most important thing , not anymore. My life shall be lived happily with ones who care and those who I care for :)

Every bad thing I’ve been through led to something better in the end and every good thing that’s happened is a lesson learned in getting shit done. I don’t want to forget any of that crap! Hence , I posted it on my blog. Here's to a whole new beginning of a new chapter of my life :)

Hiatus,

I've been so busy lately that I'm going nuts with the lack of sleep and high stress level. Hence , the lack of updates. I have around 5 entries in my draft , but I just can't seem to find the time to edit and post them :/ I'm sorry I haven't updated in ages. I'll blog properly once deadlines and finals are over. College is being horrible to me right now. Sometimes (only sometimes) I wish my course wasn't so practical. What would be nice right now is if I could stay indoors and write essays instead of calling up different authorities for an interview only to have them tell me they're not available. :/ HMPH!

See you all in the next blog post which will probably be posted after 4 weeks :P Don't give up on me just yet people! :)

I still Remember...

Even though we are apart I still remember everything, I remember the laughs we shared together, I remember all the times that we made each other smile, I remember the feeling of happiness that you gave me. I remember everything that you’ve told me, everything from your past experiences, your favorite things, to the small things like what you like and dislike. These things that I remember are implanted into my mind, It’s as if they just happened the day before, I mean I know they didn’t but I don’t know, It just feels like they did. These memories give me a mix of emotions, I’m happy for the memories that we have created together but sad at the same time because I won’t get to make more with you, however If given the chance I would though. These memories will always be apart of me, apart of my heart just like you will always be. But still I think of you and I can’t help but miss you, every time you would smile at me it would make me smile the whole day and I would remind myself how lucky I am to have a friend like you in my life. Thing is I hope you don’t forget me and our memories we shared together, but even if you do, know that I’ll always be here for you because everyone needs that shoulder to lean on when they are sad at some point in their life.

ADP Bowling Competition.

Yesterday , most of the ADP students headed to Wangsa Walk for a bowling tournament organized by Fayette House. Cynthia and I met up in college and then took the train to Setiawangsa where we met up with Hajar , Moad , Bee Lian and Lei Wah before heading to Wangsa Walk.

We were told to be there around 12pm , but the event started around 1pm , which is not surprising. lol. I was tired of waiting and felt a bit cranky cos I was really excited to play :P HAHA! But then when we started , my teammates ( Cynthia , Hajar , Lei Wah) and I were totally psyched and we were having so much fun. We were cheering and supporting each other :) Overall it was a good game. We didn't win anything , but we didn't suck as well :)

After the tournament , we headed to Subway for lunch and ended up lepaking there for a few hours :P Then we walked around the mall because it was raining outside . When the rain stopped , Hajar dropped us in the train station and Cynthia and I went to college to pay fees and study for a bit. At the end of yesterday , I was physically and mentally exhausted.

I had a hard time falling asleep * well I always have a hard time falling asleep* cos I was thinking too much and ended waking up at 3am today and I rolled on my bed till 6am. Told dad to drop me in the LRT station cos I was too tired to take the bus. Went to college feeling as down as ever , sat for the mid term exam , finished in 15 minutes and got out of the class. We then went to the mamak to have breakfast and after that I left college for home. Came back home and napped for a good 2.5 hours and feeling very refreshed now :)

I am suffering from a serious case of insomnia. I told my mom about it and she said she'll take me to the doctor soon. I am constantly feeling wiped out and so uninspired lately , which is not good because I don't like to feel weak. For those who know me well , you guys know how hyper I am and I find it sad when people point it out to me that I am not as hyper as I used to be before :( Okay okay , enough of ranting for today. I'll stop right here just so I don't annoy my loyal readers with my rantings :P

Top 3 overrated words , according to me and my life experiences :

1) " I love you" , some people say it but never mean it which is quite sad cos some people like me might just believe it :S

2) Best friends : Anyone can say "I'm your best friend" but in reality , they're not even a friend. Do you even know what ' best friend' means? We all have that friend...We may not talk to them everyday, but they understand us more than anyone in the world. You know they’ll always be there for you in your time of need when none of your other friends will. We don't just say we're "best friends" , we feel it . To that friend, I just wanna say I love you and thank you for always being a true friend. :) It annoys me when people who can't even stick around with me call me their best friend. Please , you don't even know what you're talking about :)

3) Forever. What forever? Nothing last forever. Not pain , struggle, happiness nor friendship :) Tell me one thing that lasted forever in your life. Did your friendship with your elementary school friends last? Did your first relationship last? Did your period pain last forever ? Nothing..I mean NOTHING lasts forever. Call me a pessimist , but I believe in making do what's best right now. Live in the present , never think about tomorrow. I am not saying that I don't want my friendship with my friends to last forever , but I just don't expect anything , cos when it doesn't last , it'll only hurt me . So , why expect and go through all those pain and drama? I'd really appreciate to who stay and stayed with me all these while :) But for those who wanna leave or left , one word , BYE! :D

heh..not bad..I'm updating :P Friday evening was fun. My friends and I headed over to Hajar's house in Ampang for her Raya Open House. It was awesome! Most of my friends made it and it was just bizarrely fun to see all of them having a good time eating and talking to each other :) In college on the other hand is a different mood altogether. In college it is a more serious environment where we don't really meet and everyone is busy with their own thing , so it was nice for a change just to see them as who they are. The food too was great. There was nasi beriyani, lemang, chicken rendang and some cookies as well. It was a great meal! Raya would be nothing without our local, mouth-watering food followed by wonderful company , don't you think? The boys played some silly games on wii to pass the time. HAHA! After a few rounds of boxing , the guys finally got hungry , so we headed downstairs for a BBQ party. Moad took over as the chef and ended up burning some of the chicken :P Nevertheless , it was a good evening spent well with my good friends :)

I honestly thought the next time I'd blog is ages away buuut guess not. :p This ALWAYS happens to me. Maybe I should plan to blog as little as possible because then the opposite would happen. Do you think that would work? HAHA! The reason why I haven't been blogging much lately is because by the time I reach home after college I'd be exhausted as hell . College doesn't even end that late but the spontaneous plans my friends and I get ourselves in takes so much of time and energy that by the time I reach home , I am completely pooped.

Last Wednesday , I met up with my Form 6 friends and we went for dinner together. It was really good to see them after a long time :) The main reason why we had the outing on a weeknight is because Yeshotha was leaving KL for uni on the 16th ( Friday) So we had to meet her before she leaves :D I hate the fact that we all live so near each other but we don't meet for months! tsk tsk tsk..this is what college life does to us.

We had seafood for dinner and man , was it good! I especially loved the asam fish we ordered :P After that we went to McD's for dessert! They all had ice cream. I refrained cos I was too full and I had a bad stomach ache . blame gastric. I mean , who says NO to dessert? :O Overall , it was a good day of laughing and crapping away! I missed you guys like crazy . And to Yeshotha , all the best for your degree. You made me a very proud friend. :) I'll miss you!!

I honestly don't know what I'd do without these people :)

What's up loyal readers of my blog? How have you guys been? I've been good :D I'm still in vacation mood , college resumed last week , but so many classes got canceled , so I'm really uninspired. I need some motivation to kick start my new semester :P I was itching to blog today , but I have no idea what to blog about. Blame writer's block :/

Anyways , since I'm here , I'll just blog about things that have been running through my mind lately. I was talking to my friend about relationships last night. A topic that I don't really discuss with just anybody . While talking to him , a question popped up in my mind : Does age matter in relationships? Well , personally , I think you need to be with someone who's been through roughly the same amount of shit you have in order to understand you.I'm the kind of person who doesn't trust anyone easily. In order for me to open up to someone ( my partner) I MUST know the things that he's been through , so that I don't have to fear that I'll be judged :) I want someone who can understand all the shit that I've been through and going through without thinking I'm a complete loser.

On the other hand , I am the kind of person who loses her interest easily. If someone doesn't put in effort in the relationship , I won't do so too. I don't really like to take the first step. :S Another question that I frequently ask myself is : Who do you think will be in your life no matter what? Umm..my answer to this is I don't know...I can't say! I don't think there's anyone who'll be there for me no matter what. They say love is unconditional but there's no such thing. I love and trust my friends but I don't think there's anyone that can put up with absolutely everything I am capable (or incapable) of. We all have that one friend/friends that we trust who would never sell your soul for anything in the world , but I believe people eventually leave. They change and they leave and all you have left in the end is yourself.

Quoting a friend of mine " We have to do that on our own and even though there are many people who care for us, they can only be there to provide you their shoulders and ears, in the end its all gonna be on us." I couldn't agree more :)

p/s : This is not an emo post and is not related to anybody. This is just the thought that have been running through my mind and I thought I should share it with you guys =)

Raya Break.

OK I know it's already the 7th day of Eid but it's better late than never to wish right?

So Selamat Hari Raya/Happy Eid to all Muslims!

and a very Happy Independence Day/Hari Merdeka to all Malaysians!

A special year indeed for Malaysia and Muslims in Malaysia because our independence day fell on the second day of Eid which does not come around often! Double the celebration, double the public holiday, double the spirit! I had a great Eid Celebration too. Went for my neighbor's open house and shopping on the first day of Raya. Guess what peeps? I've done my Deepavali shopping as well :D It was sales everywhere so I HAD to but everything now! LOL..smart shopping :P

College was out for a week and I spent some quality time with my family. It was a great break ;) Last weekend was pretty much hectic for me. I attended my cousin's engagement and also another cousin's 21st Birthday ..yea...on the SAME day ( Saturday) . One in Semenyih another one in Seremban. Later that night , we stayed in my aunt's place in Seremban and the next day , we went to Melaka to pick my sister up from BRAT's camp. At the end of yesterday , I was completely exhausted so I decided to stay at home today :) That's pretty much it , my Raya break this year , spent with my family and those who are dear to me :D

Dilemma.

So , I WAS in a dilemma last week about 2 of my subjects that were clashing. I don't know why , but I had a tough time deciding between Effective Listening which is a pre -requisite for many other communication papers or Abnormal Psychology which is a 3rd year Psychology elective paper :/ I clearly knew which one I should be choosing but I was still contemplating. And that's when I realized that I suck at making decisions. This is quite depressing because decision making is an important criteria for a successful person, no? Or so I heard from my parents :) What does this mean? I can not be a successful person? Or am I destined to be a follower rather than a leader?

Well , I don't really know yet , because I think there is still room for improvement. I'm still young , I have a long way to go before I can become someone successful. Note : Long way in my dictionary means 4/5 years. I believe big changes can happen in such a short span of time. So yeah , I guess I still have time to figure myself out , what I really want in life , what I'm capable of and what's my real passion :)

So that's about it..my rants for today. This thing have been troubling my thought the whole day, but now I feel better :) I always do after I blog :D

Hi guys *waves*... I just got back from college , showered and had my dinner...nobody asked , but I'm just saying :P HAHA.

Anyways , college started yesterday and I've already gotten so many good news. It feels to good to be true!! Yesterday I went to the college to meet Ms Suji , our coordinator to discuss about my degree plan. And guess what?!I got 3 credit exemptions!!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!! Which means , I can finish my course earlier than I expected and I only have to do 39 subjects including LAN papers :D Lucky me! Hehehhe...* don't be jealous* :P And then , I headed to the Finance department to print out my PTPTN account statement and I got another good news. I'll be getting a LARGE amount of money ( enough to buy a HTC ) next week :P That's one hell of a good news , no ?

Today , my results for the previous semester came out. I know it is not that flattering but I'm satisfied. I didn't fail anything and it feels like my hard work for the Intercultural Exhibition paid off :) I'm happy with my results and I'll work harder to get better grades this semester :) Thanks to those who were there for me and for those who genuinely felt happy for me , you guys know how much this means to me. :) *hugs*

This semester is going to be quite relaxing for me as I'm only taking 4 subjects and 2 of them are LAN papers. So , I hope I can work hard and score good grades and increase my cgpa and make myself proud :)

We go to jungle!

Date : 12th August 2011
Venue: Hutan Lipur Kanching

Last Friday , my college mates ( Cynthia , Lei Wah , Jeronn , Yii Yang , Thinesh , Rishab , Kuljeet) and I went to Kanching Waterfalls for a picnic. We were told to be in college as early as 8am , and me being me , I was punctual and met up with Cynthia and Thinesh at McD. We then went to the college to meet up with the rest, and of course we were a bit delayed...for obvious reasons..haha :D Took a bus there and surprisingly we reached earlier than we expected cos the bus driver was speeding like hell. Yii Yang nearly flew out of the bus :P

We got down at the bus stop and had to cross a huge road..it still baffles me how we did it..LOL.. When we got to the entrance , I got a shock of my life..there was a snake , in a cage , enough to freak me out...so , I walked without looking back..and when I turned back , to my horror , I saw Cynthia touching the snake :O They even had parrots and one of the parrots said " hello" to the tourists :D

I thought we would just have to walk to reach to the waterfalls , but we even had to hike :S The first few minutes almost killed me , as usual , but then things only got better. I was in love with the scenery and I enjoyed walking in the water..and we managed to reach to the top most level , thanks to Kuljeet :D The water was so cold , the scenery was so mesmerizing and the company was great. What more could I ask for?

Overall , it was a fun trip with my friends and looking forward to go there again with more people :D I'm afraid I have to stop now , cos I'm getting lazy and hungry :/

hello everyone!! How are you guys doing? I'm doing great , having my 3 weeks semester break now , which will end this week :( I've not been blogging lately because I've been busy with things. And sometimes I'm just too lazy to type :P Nothing great have been going on in my life , just the usual thing , plus I HATE to blog without picture . The words look so lonely :/ Well , now here I am , to give this public journal of mine an update.

So , I think it's been around 1 month since I made my blog public. And I've got many feed backs about it , some praised my writings , some enjoyed reading it and some even complained :S Thank you to those who gave words of encouragement for me to continue writing , it means a lot to me :) Well , I admit that I do post some depressing stuffs here , but I do so just because this is MY blog , a place where I pen down MY honest thoughts . It baffles me how some people can be so shallow and judge someone based on something they read in their blog/facebook/twitter. You can never know how someone is feeling, so do not cruelly judge them :) I'm a generally happy person , content with my ife , happy with what I have but I do complaint sometimes and that's human nature. We're all humans , we're entitled to feel a little sad whenever things go wrong , that's natural . So , don't go on judging me without knowing what's the true story , thank you very much :) Better still , don't read if you don't like :D I hope I made it clear to everybody :) Let me live my life okay?

All that aside ,this is probably the worst semester break I've ever had . We didn't go for much outings , just played badminton last week and that's about it :/ I went to JB last week and stayed there for 8 days :) All I did there was EAT , SLEEP and CHILL :P But I had a good time with my cousins there , I was seeing them after 8 months. I missed them like crazy! And we're ( my college mates and I ) going to Kanching this Friday!! I can't wait!! LOL

Anyways , that's all for now :) College starts next week and the time table is pretty fucked up. I don't even want to think about it now and make myself angry! >.< On a brighter note , I'll be entering my 2nd year in college when the college resumes..I still can't suck the fact in that I'm already in my 2nd year!!! It all feels so surreal. It feels like just yesterday I enrolled in Segi and made a few awesome friends! This one year in college was bitter sweet and I created memories that I would cherish till I die :) I made a lot of great friends , met people from different walks of life , I mean come on , I never thought I would make friends with a Moroccan , a Burmese , a Nepali and a Nigerian...not even in my wildest dreams :P I'm thankful for all those experiences I gained , the friends I made and all the good times we had together.

I love you guys!! :D

Before I forget , Ramadhan Kareem too all my Muslim friends :) I'm a week late , but yeah :P

A few weeks ago , I was chatting with my friend , Jeronn and he asked me about something interesting .

" Have you ever seen the uncles and aunties in the coffee shop , sitting there , relaxing and talking without any worries in life? They sit there talking for hours , and sometimes repeating what they say. They walk , eat , talk slowly , no rush in life. "

Don't you wish to live that life? Sometimes I wish I can , when life gets too busy and hectic. I have a long way to go before I can do all that , but don't you think their life is so awesome? I don't know about you , but that's the kind of life I want to live when I reach my fifties :) I know 50s is too early , but I'm not planning to live past 60 years :P Who want's to go all saggy and senile?! :O NO WAY!!

LOL...jokes aside , think about it . How would it feel like to have settled down in life? No worries about studies , work , children...it's just you and your friends , sitting and talking for hours , reminiscing all those moments in life. Wouldn't it be great?

Everyone has a different idea of life and success. Some people's idea of success revolves around their career while for others it could be spirituality and their social life. Looking back, I'd have to admit that MY idea of life and success has evolved tremendously. I guess it's because I've matured along the way.

What I used to regard as the most important thing in life is fading into the background. Wanna know what it is? MONEY! Yeah , I was once money minded and I thought I'll only be successful when I have a lot of money :/ But it's changed now :)

Life for me now means living every day the best way I could , trying to be happy and make everyone around me happy and success is when I am doing what I like to do :) I do not dream of being a famous person that the world looks up to , I just want to be happy with whatever I'm gonna do in future..I don't even have any plans YET. I don't believe in living a life according to plan. I go with the flow :)

The reason I posted this is to let people know that you can't judge anyone about their life or successes. Everyone's definition of life and success are personal , no one has the rights to criticize anyone about their life as it's personal. One man's meat is another man's poison :)

Intercultural Communication Exhibition

Hello people :) I'm sorry for the lack of updates..I've been busy..with things...let's just say , I've been living more. HAHA! But I'm having my semester break now , so I'm free to update my blog. Been having so much fun lately :) And yeah stress level were high as well due to final exams :/ But it's all over now :D I'm on holidays for 3 weeks!! WOOOWEEEEE!!!!

On Saturday , the 16th of July , we had a cultural exhibition in college for the subject Intercultural Communication. My group members and I represented the United Kingdom culture. I must admit that it is freaking hard to work in a group of 11! I shall not elaborate more as I don't want to offend people .

Overall , it was a bitter-sweet experience. I'm just glad that everything went well on that day despite having a few glitches the day before. I learned a lot of lessons while going through the whole process of preparing for the exhibition , that I will value for the rest of my life .

I thought about this long and hard. But I HAD to do it. I deleted about 30 blog posts , old ones. that is. I thought of deleting the whole blog. I was quite sad to leave this blog behind after 280+ posts but I think I need some symbolic kind of thing to represent change. I know, it's lame but hey, my life, haha. But I did not delete.

I just deleted some posts because sometimes I view my own blog and read previous entries and it can really get me down! Quite a bit of depressing stuff in there that I don't EVER want to remember , so deleting those posts seemed like a good plan :)

So yes , it's a beginning to a happier blog :D Just watch this space, if you are actually interested in my life, lol!

Teambuilding in PD :)

Today is actually a good day. I am not as sick and tired as before, but I do get tired at the end of the day. I just get really hungry all the time though. Today for lunch, I ordered McD just because I was too lazy to cook something.

Anyways , last weekend , I was away at Port Dickson for a team building activity with my fellow ADP Committee members. Team building sounds very formal and complicated though , the reason we went there is to have FUN! Trust me , Mr Raj was saying that he'd "torture" us bla bla bla , but I think it was the other way around =P I had a blast there despite having very little time and space to sleep. I think I had only about 5 hours of sleep during the entire trip :/And we paid so little for 3 days. Only RM50! yayy! LOL!

We stayed in Raqi's uncles tiny apartment with one room and one bathroom , can you imagine? 13 of us and 1 room? But it was fun la..some of the boys had to sleep on the chair..poor boys :P Me being the insomniac I am , didn't really get to sleep so I was lying awake and did some observations. Found out dirty little secrets about my friends.hahahaha...I'm not gonna say anything here though :P Here comes the fun part , we brought 2 bottles of alcohol with us ( I think Chivas) and it's the first time I drank that much alcohol :P The first time I had it was one can of Carlsberg when I was 18..sad case i know :( HAHAHA...Thinesh and Alistair were being overly dramatic about me drinking cos they were scared that I might get high and go cuckoo :P
Guess what , I was steady after having 6 rounds of it hehee :D * proud face*

Overall , it was a really great weekend getaway for me and others , I hope. I had sooo much fun and stuffed my face with food all the time :D Only one thing that made me sad , Manchester United lost to Barcelona in the Champions League Finals. Alistair , Jason , Susila , Thinesh, Mr Raj and I went to a nearby stall to watch the match together but sadly they lost. I honestly think that they played like idiots on that day , maybe they were stressed , but whatevs , we went till the finals..lol :D

Turning 21.

Hi guys. Ya’ll know I turned 21 on the 16^th of may. Well , I do feel rather old now. Turning 21 means having more responsibilty , growing up , being a major and an adult. This feels a bit too much to handle , but I am trying.

Albeit I’m an adult now , I am still a kid to my dad. I still need him to wake me up in the morning , I still hide behind him when I see scary stray dogs , I still argue with him over small matters but make up 5 minutes later ,I still hold his hand when I cross the road, I still need him to do so many things for me. I know I’ll always be his little girl even if I’m 70 years old , and he’s gonna be the same protective dad like he always is :)

Okay that aside , on my birthday , I sat in my room and made up my mind on a few things. The first thing I told myself is to STOP arguing with my parents. When they say NO for something , I’m not gonna ASK questions. I’ll just listen. Besides that , I’ve decided to spend more quality time with them instead of locking myself in the room and being lonely.

Turning 21 somehow made me more responsible, sensible and more matured . I feel like a brand new person. And it feels good. I’m in a very good phase in life right now , and I hope it stays like this forever . Things are going my way , for now and I’m contended.(I was in a bad mood for the past few days , but it's all good now).

With this , I would like to thank my parents for always being there for me. Without you both , I’m nothing. I’m forever grateful for the things you have done and are doing for me. I love you both all my heart. And thank you for the awesome birthday gift. I like it :D oh oh..thanks for throwing the small party for me even though I said NO..lol…FYI , this is so typical of my parents , but I’m not complaining! :D

I wasn't really into it back then. It was only 2 weeks ago that I wanted to watch a show that I haven't already watched. HIMYM popped into my head and after a few episodes I was hooked! The cast is hilarious and different from other shows.

The Synopsis :

The year is 2030. Ted Mosby is relaying the story of how he met his wife to his daughter and son. The story starts in the year 2005, when then twenty-seven year old architect Ted was spurred on to want to get married after lawyer Marshall Eriksen and kindergarten teacher Lily Aldrin, his best friends from their college days at Wesleyan and Marshall who was his roommate at the time, got engaged after nine years of dating each other. Ted's new quest in life was much to the dismay of his womanizing friend, Barney Stinson. But soon after Marshall and Lily's engagement, Ted believed that his life mate was going to be news reporter and aspiring news anchor Robin Scherbatsky, who, despite having had a romantic relationship with her after this time, ended up being who the kids know as their "Aunt" Robin. As Ted relays the story to his kids, the constants are that their Uncle Marshall, Aunt Lily, Uncle Barney and Aunt Robin are always in the picture and thus have something to do with how he got together with their mother.

My favourite character in this show is Barney Stinson! He's sooo amusing!I can't get over about how hilarious he is :D I would highly recommend you guys to watch this show :)

Hello people! *waves*.. I know I know...I deserve to be stabbed with a humongous pitch fork for not updating my blog for too long :( My friends have been asking me to update , but I just couldn't find the time or mood to do it.

Since I am so free today , I decided to give my dead blog an update ( a really long one) on how I spent my semester break :D

The first activity that I we did was badminton! Hehe :D I love playing badminton :) It was really tiring and my muscles were sore after that but it was fun and I was happy :D

On a completely different note , I am sooo loving outdoor activities! I love the nature , I love the greens! Ahahaha :D

Yesterday , I went to hike Saga Hill with my college mates.

These are the group of people I went hiking up Saga Hill with. I woke up so early yesterday just to make lunch and get ready :( Even when I had 8.45am classes , I didn't have to wake up that early..tsk tsk tsk..Dad dropped me in Jalan Ipoh and I took a bus to college. Met my friends at college. Then a lot of dramas la..some were late , some canceled last minute , yada yada . We reached there approximately around 10.30am.

Saga Hill was really really tough.The first few minutes hiking up was really really tiring. There were many times where I was going to give up. I have to thank Moad and the other boys for waiting behind and stopping every time I stop to give me encouragement to continue walking. There were a few desperate times where he had to push my bag LOL damn funny la thinking bout it now, thanks a lot Thinesh for carrying my bag most of the time ! You're such a great bro!!!! Love love!!

I never knew my stamina was THAT bad . But I guess it was because we were going uphill. But after that everything got better :) Climbing all the rocks and stuff were AWESOME but extremely EXHAUSTING! It was the best workout EVER! I think it's equivalent to my one year's workout :P

The route was damn challenging and slippery due to the heavy rain the day before. But the experience hiking up and down is definitely something to treasure.

The water falls was sooo cool!I really enjoyed myself there :D

The streams, waterfalls and everything there was beautiful, damn I'm falling in love with nature, hiking,and jungle trekking despite the low stamina level that I have.

And here comes the best part. My first ever birthday celebration in a jungle. Well , it wasn't really a huge celebration , but I was really happy when Alistair and my other friends surprised me with two sinfully delicious red velvet cupcakes. LOL. Moad tried to distract me by crapping , as usual , so I was looking at the water falls and listening to him crap , and when I turned , there they were singing "Happy Birthday " and Alistair was holding a cupcake with a HUGE candle on it :D It was indeed a pleasant surprise. It's not always I get to celebrate my birthday in the jungle :D Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it , it means a lot to me :')

He told me to eat the cake , and when I brought it near my mouth , he pushed my hand to my face! I got caked..omg! Look at how horrible I look =.=

I am so glad that all 21 of us made it through the whole journey hiking up and down of the hill. We made it guys! But never am I going back to Saga Hill again , I think. It was fun and awesome , but too challenging. Maybe , just maybe I might consider going back if I become an expert :P

I would say it now and I would say it later and forever , I have a really good bunch of college friends and without them, college wouldn’t be as fun. I really saw how strong the friendship bond were during this hike. I feel really happy and lucky to have them in my life. It was truly one hell of an experience that I would cherish till my last breath .

p/s : wait up for more updates. The blogger in me is back! I got my semangat back :P

Movie Month.

Hello peopol :D How have you guys been? I am doing good , a lil bit stressed for the upcoming finals on the 28th of April , but hyped for the sem break cos we have tonnes of activities planned out :D BUT , FINALS first :(

Been watching a lot of movies this month which is why I'm broke now and it's only the 20th of April. Boo me! I've watched 3 movies in the cinema ( a lot for me) :P I can never seem to get my priorities right and manage my allowance properly. FAIL! But whateves , I'm happy :D

The first movie I watched this moth was Sucker Punch with Alistair , Cynthia , Hajar , Moad , Lei Wah , Puffy and Rishab , which totally sucked. I was so blur from the beginning of the movie till the very end. Some really enjoyed the movie , but I think it's utter rubbish ! Sue me :P

Then , I watched Rango with Hajar , Moad and Cynthia :) Movie was good! Really funny and we couldn't stop laughing as the Rango character in the movie was a total resemblance of Moad :P HAHA. I'd rate the movie 8/10! It's a must watch :D

Last week , I went to KLCC with Moad , Hajar , Ayan and Siham ( the Somalian Sisters) to watch Just Go With It :D That movie was awesome! Adam Sandler played the role of a plastic surgeon who convinces his loyal assistant, Jennifer Anniston to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to cover up a careless lie he told to his new girlfriend :D Movie was hilarious and I really Jen Anniston's body! OMG! I could die :P I'd rate the movie 9/10 ;)

I’m a nice person. I can be a'lil annoying but who isn’t? I don’t think I deserve to be treated like this. Yes, I’m naive and gullible but I just thought it would be really nice to have a friend that understands me and never judge me. Guess I asked for the impossible?

Yesterday , the whole PSY 232 class went for paintball as a part of our assignment. Thanks to Sean Pang who came up with this idea instead of us going to some boring corporate companies and listen to their "corporate language". I was so excited mainly because I was going there with my friends :) Seriously , I felt like a ninja wearing the vest and carrying the armer , hiding behind tyres and barrels and shooting the opponents. :D Maybe , just maybe , I should consider joining the army? I think I've got the potential :P

It was terribly FUN! Or I shall say painfully fun! We were split into 4 groups and my group was the first to play against group B :P And oh , not forgetting to mention that we lost =.=

The second game was fun cos we had a better strategy and we won! lol. And the third game was painful cos I got shot twice! But I loved the pain , it felt as though I've achieved something :D

Someone told me to behave like a 21 year old today, but he didn't actually tell me HOW to do it. You see, it's really easy to say things and hurt other people's feelings , but to do it is another thing. What is wrong if I say certain guys are cute? What is wrong if I wanna read books that have explicit contents? It's not like I'm under aged or something. And most importantly , WHY DOES IT MATTER TO YOU? There are zillions of things that you can worry about other than me , the way I behave , my character etc etc. I am not PERFECT , and so are you so why criticize only me? What made you think you have the rights to do so? I am human , friggin give me a break la! I'm just trying to live my life the best way I could , trying to be happy with whatever I have and trying very hard to please everyone around me, but sorry , I can't please EVERYONE.

And it surprises me , do you even know me personally to say these things about me?And if you do and you're still saying all this then I seriously request for you to check your perception on things. Who are you to judge? And what I don't get is, if you dislike me this much, why are you still my friend? You sure are odd. And no, I'm not saying you're not allowed to say whatever you want as it is, your freedom of choice to say what you want. What I'm saying is, could you at least please for the love of god, think before you talk, imagine if the same words were said to you. It'd hurt you, isn't it? And don't lie and say it won't. Cause i know it will,it hurt me :(

So please , if you dislike me or my attitude this much , just don't be a friend of mine and leave me alone. I never asked you to be my friend. What I want is for people to let me live my life. And oh , I'm not saying that I'm always right , if I make any mistakes , feel free to correct me , I would appreciate it , but choose your words correctly. I am a fragile person.

P/s: If your intention was to hurt me, it worked. It hurts to know there's someone out there who hates me as much as you do to want to hurt me with those words. Whatever I did to upset you, I apologize. But I must justify that whatever I say or do is honest. I never thought twice of trying to get attention or being 'deep' let alone acting like it , and never once have I been shallow. If there's one person who is shallow , it's you , for judging me without knowing who I am.

Long post ahead.

Hey loyal readers of my blog ( as if I have any) , I know it's been really long since I last posted a proper update in this public/not-so-public journal of mine :D I swear I don't know where did March go. I have no idea how this month passed by so fast . Despite the workload I and problems I had , I manage to survive :D *claps*

I don't know how to call this month , t'was hectic , eventful , stressful etc etc. I'm glad that it's coming to an end :) I've been really busy with assignments , presentations and work. Yeah , yo heard me right. I worked :P

On the 13th and 14th , I worked at an Education Fair in Mid Valley. I must say , the experience was quite different from the one I had in KLCC. For one , the crowd that came to Mid Valley seemed really boring =.= I know its lame to say so , but I felt so. I din have the semangat to work at all. I ended up lazing around , just chit chatting with Lei Wah . Oh , not forgetting to mention that I was having a bad day and my happy bubble was burst so many times that day cos someone was bickering to me and thank god Vinod came to rescue..lol...Then we went for lunch together and it amazed me how fast he bonded with my friends and started crapping away with them :D Sunday was worse. The crowd was lesser and it was so hot and boring inside the hall. I did not have that much of fun this time , but I made a few new friends from Segi Subang and they're really nice! Can't wait to see them again this Thursday , hopefully :)

Oh , last night I was in Dataran Merdeka to celebrate Earth Hour with my family. Yeah , I'm an earth lover naturally , I'd do my part to save it from destruction. After that , we went to Ampang to have dinner :D Before that , I was out with my college buddies in Capsquare for a movie and we celebrated Puffy's ( Lei Wah's sis) birthday :) My Saturday was filled with laughter , good food and great company :D

Hmmm..what else? I always have tonnes of things in my mind about what to blog , but when I open this page to give it an update , I forget everything! Hate it when this happens! So , i think I gotta end this post right here cos I have nothing else to say :P

One thing I now know for sure is that no matter how much someone tells you you're their number one, you can never really be on their mind all the time. I don't believe in love and I don't believe in friendship -- I only believe in making do with what you have here and now. Your little elementary school best friends, where are they now? Where's your boyfriend from when you were fifteen, that you swore you would love forever and eventually marry? No matter how much you love someone, you will cheat on them and they will cheat on you, emotionally or physically. It's sad, but that's the way the world is. Learn to live with knowing you will never, ever be someone's number one or only one -- It's never gonna happen.

Eventful Week?

Hey loyal readers of my blog ( not sure if I have one , but yeah)...I had a pretty eventful week last week. I started off my week quite randomly , I must say. Hehe :D When I feel like doing something , I just do it , without thinking about the consequences of my actions , but whatever , I'm happy.

7th February 2011 , Monday

I decided to go to Moad's house cos I was too bored at home , but he had to go to KLIA to send his friend off to Kuwait :P The plan was I go to Moad's house and wait for him there till he gets back. I thought I'd be bored and lonely in his house , so I decided to go to KLIA with Fahad and him :) Oh yeah , not forgetting to mention that I blew up RM70 just for the train fare :S

8th February , Tuesday
Yii Yang's CNY Open House

Well , Yii Yang invited us to his open house and we ( Alistair , Kuljeet , Rishab , Lei Wah , Cynthia and I ) gathered outside college before leaving to his house. We had lotsa fun playing card games , stuffing ourselves with food and cookies and just crapping away :) Overall , was a good day :D

College resumed on Wednesday where I skipped my basic composition class to go shopping with Alistair (the things I do for friends... :P) . We went to Times Square and Sg Wang but I didn't buy anything :S Probably its a sign that I should save :P

Thursday , we had A CNY Open House event in our college , but that's a story for another day. Will update when I get the pictures :)

Friday , I had a really long day , as usual with two classes. But yesterday's group dynamics class was fun because we had a debate and my group won! :P

Chinese New Year Holidays are here , and I'm bored , as usual :P I did not make any plans for this holidays , I'm just gonna stay at home and get started with my assignments. I made a list of to-do-things before the holidays and most of it involved college works , sadly :( Plus , I'm broke! Like really broke , no money at all! I think I need a personal Financial Manager to help me manage my allowance so that I won't be broke by the end of the month. Anyone willing to volunteer? Note that I said VOLUNTEER , which means no pay :P

I've got assignments , presentation slides and concept maps to do. And now , everything's getting delayed cos of the cold weather..brrrrr...It's been raining non-stop for the past 2 days. I love it when it rains , but it's making me LAZY! *sigh*

Today , I'm determined to get started on my Interpersonal Communication assignment. Although the date line is only on the 25th of February , I wanna do it now cos it's my favourite subject this semester and I wanna give it my best shot :D Today will be a productive day :)

On a brighter note , I got a few inches of my hair chopped off yesterday. My head feels so much lighter now. I even layered it and got it straightened , just for the fun of it , and I got the green light from my mom to color it!! I'm gonna get highlights next month! Wheeeeeeeeee! I CAN'T wait!!!! And I can't wait to go SHOPPING this weekend! Yayyy!!

OMG OMG OMG! I just realized it's FEBRUARY tomorrow! Where did January go?! Holy shit , time flies!!!

Today , in the bus on the way to college , I witnessed an incident which moved me , emotionally. There bus stopped at a station , and I saw this limping old man(Indian) with walking stick stopping the bus. He had two HUGE luggages with him. I was surprised when the bus stopped and the conductor( Malay) ran to the back door to help that old man :)

I've seen bus conductors yelling at old people cos they're slow or some bus drivers that never stops when they see people like this , this is the first time I'm seeing such a thing. I was really surprised when I saw that. There are some people who are so beautifully inspiring.

They might not wear the most expensive clothes , might not have a very polished look or whatsoever , but they have a great heart. It's for people like this I have respect for. These are the people that have a loving heart that it's impossible to ignore , the people who define the word "beautiful".

These are the people I'd like to thank for being a constant reminder of who I want to be , to keep my feet on the ground , to learn to appreciate life and for reminding me that life's not all about what you get and what you have , it's all about how you live it.

If you think you're beautiful , think again :D

Open your eyes , do some good , make your life extraordinary. I'd like to be an inspiring person in the future :D I will , I know I will be one :D

I'm very honest to my blog , I only pen down thoughts that come deep from my heart and the truth. So , this blog post will be a really honest one , but mind you it might contain some contents that are inappropriate for sensitive souls :P

I have a myriad of thoughts running through my mind I don't know where to start. Let's just say I've been thinking a lot recently about people's behaviour and the things around me. The first 2 weeks of college have been good to me and there's a lot of work to do already =.= but never mind. Who ever said that life of a student is going to be easy? This blog post might give you the impression that I'm some kinda emotional freak , but I'm not. I'm generally a happy person , but you know this is life. There's ups and downs. When I'm sad , I don't let it get to me , I'll still try to be happy and smile :) because I know , no matter what thing's will be okay :D

Right now , I'm having a writer's block and I don't know how to put my thoughts into words. Let me make it a point-like post.

I'm annoyed with a certain someone's attitude towards my friend. I'm not all that close to her , but I know that she's hurt with the other's behaviour . The thing is both of them are my friends , I don't know what to do. I'm not the type of person that like to get involved in problems , but I can't tolerate rude behaviours like this. What to do?
I think "you" need an attitude adjustment. GROW UP LA. SERIOUSLY!!!!
I'm sick of people being fake to me. I NEVER asked you to be my friend , you did. So , don't use me in any way and just push me aside when you don't need me. I'm not a bloody chewing gum , just so you know.
I want people to tell me what they mean.
As painful as it is , I have to let people go. It's hard, but I HAVE to do , for the love of god and for my sanity :(
I can't please everyone.

1) Go on a road trip with my friends
2) Do super well in my studies
3) Become more patient.
4) Get another ear piercing :p
5) Bungee Jump! ( I can't afford to go to New Zealand , Sunway will do , for now )
6) PERFORM. Seriously, I need to be acting on a stage again.
7) Cook! Gonna bookmark a zillion recipes soon.
8) Cut down on spending too much on food!
9) OMG !!! GO TO THE GYM!
10) Give proper attention&care to my face&hair!
11) Eat more FRUITS..LOL!
12) Dye my hair? I'm not sure about it though :)
13) Make sure I follow my "new" purpose and directions ;)
14) I'm gonna ENJOY LIFE!
15) Try to be nice to my sister ( note that I said TRY)
16) Try not to argue too much with my parents :O
17) Get back to my reading habit!!! Seriously , I've been slacking a lot lately. I miss reading :(

Okay so that's pretty much all I've got at the moment. I don't really "plan" my life. I tend to go with the flow all the time , but I really hope that I'll get most of the things done this year :D

My First Working Experience :)

Yeah , don't be surprised. I worked for the first time in my life in KLCC at The Star Education Fair held on the 8th and 9th of January. I was really excited because I've never had the experience of working (yeah , I'm a spoilt brat) . I never knew the feeling of earning my own money.

It was a rather good experience for me. I learned a lot about the "wonders" of being an employee. I must admit that my patience was tested a lot when some of them rudely rejected the flyers that we distributed , but hey , patience is a virtue , right? I did a lot of "people watching" and made a few new friends from SEGi Subang while I was working. And no , I did not curi tulang okay? I worked really hard on both days that my legs were aching like hell! I'm proud of myself that I survived both days and had lotsa fun with my friends too. I'm looking forward to working in the Mid Valley Edcuation Fair next week! Can't wait!

The pics below were taken after work on the 2nd day. The day I felt like a free bird. I wasn't worried about getting shit from my parents for being late , I wasn't scared that I had to take bus all alone , and I felt FREE. It's a pretty damn good feeling you know. I reached home really late and my parents didn't even say a word to me. This is the freedom I was talking about! wooohooo!!! After all , it is a good thing when you're disowned by your family. :P

Anyways , rants aside, college officially started last week and I got my results :O Guess what? I PASSED GENERAL PSYCHOLOGY!!!!Okay , my results wasn't that flattering , but I'm still happy. I promised myself that I'll work harder this semester and be more serious about things so that I can prove myself to "people" around me. I know I'm way smarter than what I give myself credit for . I just need to push myself a lil' harder and I'll rock! I'm happy to know that I have a few friends that are really nice and supportive to me in college. With these people around , I'm sure I'll be scoring better grades :D I thank god for their presence in my life.

Hahahaha...2011 keeps getting better and I hope it'll stay that way forever :D

What are Friends for?

Tonight is one of the nights , where I'm flooded with unwanted emotions. I can't help but wonder who my true friends are. Who can I trust? The one's who's always there for you , but they don't mean what they're doing or saying , or the one's that's always missing but knows what you need? I'm in a dilemma. Should I trust people more? I'm not trying to be dramatic or what here , but I have major trust issues since I was a kid. Now that I'm growing up , should I change? I want a friend to be there at my worst , to hug and tell me I'll be fine , to just send me a simple text asking me whether I'm alright , a person that knows what to say and do to make me smile ( and actually mean every single thing they're saying) . Sometimes , I feel lucky enough to have friends that care for me and the ones I can believe without a doubt that they'll sell my soul for anything in the world. There are times I feel that I don't have a real friend. Why is that? I don't know. Or maybe I should turn into my old I-can't-be-bothered-about-anyone self?

I don't know what is the purpose I blogged about this , but I felt the need to do so. and I feel so much better. Today is a strange day.

Holidays In The Rain.

Hey people. :) This blog is pretty sad at the moment, not that i don't want to write in it, it's just that I can't find the time to write in it. Ever since i started going to college last year, the amount of times I update my blog just gets lesser and I'm just plain lazy like that . Plus , I don't like to update without pictures. The words look so lonely without pictures :( Oh well , I've been rotting at home for the past week and nothing great have been happening in my life , except yesterday.

My college mates ( Moad , Cynthia , Hajar , Alistair , Lei Wah , Jason , Shinie , Kuljeet , Izac) and I went to Genting. It was only RM47 for the to and fro rides on the bus and also the cable car plus ALL theme park band. How awesome!? So cheap right?! Haha.. I woke up as early as 5am because I wasn't able to sleep and ended up watching Wipeout till 6am. Lol..Then , I got ready and walked to the bus stop to take a cab to Terminal Putra ( which cost me a bomb!) . We were told to be there as early as 8am , but SOME people came at 8.30am , because apparently the bus was moving only at 9am. HMPH! We boarded the bus exactly at 9am, there was no delay it was very systematic in fact. It was a short ride to Genting Skyway and the 6 of us got into the cable car and started snapping away. hehe...the other 4 were in a different gondola :P I was literally shaking cos I'm scared of heights , but I tried to keep cool and told myself , if I fall , there'll be another 5 people falling with me. Muahahahaha...damn evil!

We reached Genting rather early and went to the outdoor theme park straight away. It was really cold and foggy up there and it was drizzling abit , which was very annoying :S I swear to god I literally froze! We played the rides( Swinger and Space Shot) for a while and then it started pouring heavily. This is what I hate about the weather in Malaysia , so unpredictable =/

When it started pouring really heavily and when they closed off the rides, we went indoor and decided to have our lunch at KFC.I had snack plate. It was so damn not worth it la. The two pieces of chicken tasted funny . Quite different from what I used to have in KL. Then we went around taking pictures .

Moad , Hajar , Kuljeet , Izac , Alistair and I went for the Flying Coaster ride , while the others didn't want to go for it. The ride was AWESOME! My heart stopped for a second when the thing started moving and I screamed like nobody's business :P Thank god it stopped raining and we could go on a lot of rides :) Pirate Ship was the best la :P We had lotsa fun in that. And oh , I went on Space Shot too. That was one hell of a ride I tell you :D And , I'll never forget Lei Wah's scream on every ride. Hehe :D That's a side of her that you'll never get to see on normal days :P

OMG..the kid sitting in front of me in the ride was damn cute! And oh , I saw ALOT of cute babies yesterday , I felt like kidnapping them and taking them back home :D

Then , we took a last ride on the Swinger again before bidding farewell to Genting :( We had to run back to the cable car cos we were very late already. In the bus , on the way back home , everyone was completely pooped and fell asleep :P I had a severe headache that I felt like crying , but I didn't for some reason. ;)

Reached Terminal Putra , bid goodbye to the bunch and took a cab back home with Kuljeet. So , basically that was it. My first outing of the year with a whole lot of great people and an awesome place :D My New Year didn't start pretty well ( long story and I don't want to elaborate) , but it's getting better. I'm a HAPPY BUNNY :D

LOL..this thing have been on everyone's status. I find it quite fun to know what people think about you. Hahaha...I was bored , so I posted it too. And I got quite alot of comments from others too. So , today is the last day of 2010. I am happy that this year is coming to an end because it wasn't a very smooth sail for me. Too many things happened that makes this year one of the worst years I've ever had in my life. Many of those I would like to forget and never repeat the mistakes I made ever again. That's probably my resolution next year. Haha.

I believe I'm a completely different person now. More matured? Definitely. " Experience is what people name their mistakes"- Oscar Wilde. Experience , that I'll have to make my new year a great one. This year , I have been constantly feeling that I have not been living life to the fullest. Why? I don't know. I just hope 2011 will treat me better and I am looking forward to having a great year in college with my awesome buddies next year :D

With this , I would like to dedicate my last blog post for 2010 to the people who have been always there for me. Thanks ya'll for everything.

Who Will You Marry?

So , today I'm in a FOUL mood cos of some bitch that decided to ruin my holidays. Long story though , lazy to explain =/

I was reading random blogs to destress , and I came across this questionaire thingy about who will you marry. Here are my answers to all the questions :D

Option 1 : High school sweetheart
I attended to an all-girls school , so there's no such thing for me :)

Option 2: College Friend.
Hell no! There isn't anyone from SEGi KL that I would like to date. Some are visually atrractive , but they're not marriage materials :P Don't mistake me , it's not like they're all bad , fugly or what , it's just that most boys from ADP are like my best friends and I have no special feelings for them :D

Option 3 : Guy from your neighbourhood.
So far, I haven't seen a single soul that I'm attracted to in my neighbourhood. There are so many handsome Malay dudes over here , where are all the attractive Indian dudes? And no , I'm not being racist here. I am just being a good daughter for my parents , if you know what I mean :P

Option 4 : Colleague
I have NEVER worked in my whole life =/

Option 5 : Your parents will choose a spouse for you.
If I don't choose , they will. But they're cool with the idea of love-marriage though. Love my parents for that! We'll see what the future holds for me. ;)

My Aims When I turn 26/27.

If you're a close friend of mine, or someone who knows me at all, you'll know that I worry and think a lot. I'm a thinker. When you give me too much time on my hands, I'll start thinking of my future and that's when all the trouble begins. I start over-working my brains till I start to annoy myself and also the people around me :P

I don't think it's an entirely negative thing; people who think a lot are compassionate and have high social intelligence. People who don't think a lot are those who just say everything that goes into their mind which often leads people into hating their guts. And boy have I met so many of those!

I agree education and money get you somewhere in life , but if you don't have the social skills to compliment those two things you might as well hide under a shell for the rest of your life. You can have all the money and a PhD but if you don't have manners or social intelligence , nobody's gonna look up to you.

I'm not the kind of person who plans her future. I'm more to a go-with-the-flow kinda person. I believe that the best moments happen when unplanned. And the greatest regret happen on not reaching what is planned. I do have a list of to-do-things before I die , but I don't really plan for it.

I'm going through a quarter-life crisis ( yes , there is such term) . It's basically a phase when you start re-evaluating yourself and feel that you need a new direction in life. I thought about it long and hard. I'm 20 , doing my first year degree , so where do I go after that? Here is what I plan to do by 26:

#1) Graduate with a BSc in Psychology and Communications . And get a Masters Degree in Journalism or Linguistics :D

#2) Start my career as a journalist and also earn extra money by being a freelance writer.
And oh , if I do really , I plan to set up my own magazine :D

#3 ) When I have enough money , I want to travel the world.

#4) Last but not least , tie the knot , or at least get engaged by 27 :D

So , these are my plans. But I'm okay if all these doesn't come true. Because god never takes away something from you without giving you better things :D Or so I believe :)

I took my cousins to KLCC to watch Narnia today. We were late for the 10.50am show , so we got tickets for the 1.25pm show. After buying the tickets , we had around 2 hours to kill , so we decided to walk around , have lunch and camwhore :D And oh , we went to Kinokuniya too. For those who know me well , you guys know that I can go crazy in a bookshop. I did go a little crazy today looking at the new arrivals :P But yeah , me being broke , I couldn't buy much. I ended up buying 2 novels only :( ( I need to save more money man!) I bought The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks and Evening is The Whole Day by Preeta Samarasan. And now , I'm completely BROKE! But I'm happy.

Good food, awesome company and a great movie makes me a very happy girl :D

Public Speaking GLEE Performance :D

I am having a writer's block right now , so I don't know what to write about the performance. Overall , it was a very different experience , unlike my other experiences doing a play. We had many bumps throughout the whole production of the play , but we managed to get everything out of our ways and come up with a good performance.

The awesome bunch. Some not so awesome though :P

If there's one thing that I've come to learn throughout the whole production is that you can trust no one. You are responsible for your own actions and you have to face the consequences. And also , what other people think or say about you is none of your business. Go ahead and do what you think is right and what makes you happy , no matter if the whole world is against you. Definitely my life motto :D

So , this was an event organized by the Jabatan Kebajikan and we went there on behalf of SEGi Psychology Club as volunteers. About 15 of us signed up and only 4 of us actually turned up on the day. Pfft to others, no matter what your reasons are! This was my first time going to an old folks home , so I was pretty excited and also nervous :D

We did some gotong-royong before we went in to meet the neneks. It was very sad and depressing to hear some of their stories about their past and how they ended up there. Towards the end , I was really emotional and trying very hard to hold back my tears , especially when one of them told us to come back again :'( So sad. And on that very day , I promised myself that I'll never send my parents to a home , even if they go really senile! I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL NEVER DO IT!

Holiday Mood is in the air!

Hello people! It's been a while since I last updated my blog. I'm back now and having my semester break , which means I have lotsa time to update my blog.I can't believe it's been 5 months since I started college. Time flies and it's scaring me. I will be in my 2nd semester next month! OMG...slow down already. And yeah , I have around 6 posts in my drafts and edited pictures of the events that took place recently. Wait up for more interesting posts from me. Don't give up on me just yet , or you'll regret :p

Talking about holidays , I have a lot of plans for holidays. I'm leaving to JB next Wednesday and will be back after Christmas. I have it all planned out in my head , which means I'll not be bored during my holidays.

On a brighter note , finals ended today and i'm beyond happy. I feel like a burden off my shoulder and I can now breathe peacefully :P finals was......okay okay lah. I'm not sure about the outcome of the exams , but I'm just happy that it's over and I won't be learning Maths and Chemistry in my life ever again....HOPEFULLY! Tonight , I'm going to sleep like there's no tomorrow. I've been depending on coffee too much during the exam week that I'm addicted now. I can have around 5 to 6 cups of coffee in one day , which is BAD! So , no more coffee from today! I love Alistair so much (he typed this while I was blogging). LOL!

So , I am sleepy now and I don't know what else to say. Probably I should stop before I start annoying my loyal readers :D More posts and pictures coming soon! Byeeeeee!!

Updates on My Life.

Hello people. Today has been a sucky day. There's no specific reason why I feel so , but yeah. I've been having a pretty hectic week and I think all this overworking is finally taking its toll on my health. I am not getting enough sleep and my body's aching all over =/ This morning , my dad left for India...for 2 weeks. I'm gonna miss him :(

Okay , enough of my rants , I'm here to update about my uninteresting life. I've been so caught up with work lately , that I barely have the time to breathe , literally . I had an assignment due yesterday and another one due on Monday , and they are pretty heavy assignments. Fingers crossed I get good marks for both.

On a completely separate note , I've been having really good times with my college mates. 2 weeks ago , our World Religion class was canceled , so I went to KLCC to watch a movie with Susila. We watched Takers. Movie was quite okay I guess , but I didn't like the ending :S The plus point of the movie? PAUL WALKER and HAYDEN CHRISTENSEN!! OMG!!! I was literally drooling in the cinema.

And then on Wednesday , the last day of college before Deepavali break , my Chemistry class ended early. I didn't want to leave home that early , so I asked Alistair to go watch a movie with me. We had lunch and went to KLCC . I let him choose a movie to watch( small kid what) :D He chose Buried because he said it's a movie related to his phobia , claustrophobia . Guess what? The movie was pure crap! Just SERIOUS CRAP! I'm lazy to explain the story , just Google it :P

My college life , I must say , is quite fun. I have a few people whom I'm really close to and they're very nice to me. We make it a point to text each other when we reach college and we always go out for lunch after classes , just to kill time and lepak :) They're not perfect , but they make my life perfect :) Love you all!!! Believe it or not , I've come to realize that patience is virtue. About time right? LOL.But yeah..I've changed. I'm very patient these days and I'm proud of it.

And oh , the weather in Malaysia have been completely insane lately. It's either raining all day or scorching hot , like today! I think I'm falling sick , because of the weather.

Gosh , I haven't updated my blog in a long time ! I understand if you guys want to kill me for not updating my blog for so long but please don't. I got back my blogging mojo and I swear I'll not disappear after this :) I've also have been having a writer's block and haven't gotten a clue what to blog about =/

The past few weeks have been really hectic. My life have been very monotonous as of late that I find it very boring. Talk about the life of a college student =/ All I do everyday is attend classes , lepak somewhere after college , come home , go online and sleep. Boring!!!!!! I've also been quite ill for the past 2 weeks. Guess what's wrong? Acid problem! Thanks to cili padi :S But it's getting better now and I can actually eat food with spices.

On a brighter note , I was nominated as one of the committee members for the SEGi Psychology Club , but it's not finalized yet. We'll have to wait for the next meeting to find out..jeng jeng jeng..I'm not very happy about it cos I'm dreading the extra workload Ms Nirmala (my psychology lecturer) might throw at us.

Well , Friday ( 5th November) , was Deepavali :) We didn't do much on the first day. My family and I were just stoning at home , waiting for my uncle's family to come down from JB. The night was spent playing fire crackers with my cousins and just munching on murukkus and cookies :) Yesterday , we had an open house where my dad invited his friends and family for lunch. Mum made nasi briyani , mutton rendang , chicken curry and macaroni salad..Yummy!!!!!!Food was GOOD!. At the end of the day , I fell asleep on the couch because I was too tired. of washing plates and glasses. Later at night , I had a shower and straight went to bed. I slept for like 11 hours.hehehehe...I'm such a pig.

Well , that's basically my Deepavali celebration this year. How did your weekend go? And oh , I feel like skipping Maths class tomorrow. Should I, should I? We'll see :P

Hey guys! I was working on an assignment just now , got bored , so I decided to do a quick blog post.

Well, the past few weeks have been really crazy with tonnes of works to do. But thank god , I've go NO classes today. But still , I have a long list 0f things-to-do for the weekend. On a brighter note , I slept for 14 hours yesterday , which means my body have had enough rest and I can work now. I've got a lot of assignments to complete =/ Anyways , this weekend is really going to be hectic. I'm going out tomorrow and then Sunday I've got to attend the Big Walk for Mental Health and complete Algebra worksheets.

But , I'm enjoying my course so much!Its a lot of work but its stuff which i enjoy doing. =) Okay peepz. I'll do a proper update whenever I'm free. Gotta continue working now. Byeee!!!!

The amount of workload I have is just crazy. And there' more to come. But I haven't started on any of them yet. Can you believe it?! I swear I'm the biggest procrastinator in the world :/

Just to clarify, I’ve thought a lot about the world and the universe and life, and I like to think I’ve come to conclude certain things that most people wouldn’t figure out in a lifetime. And I am still happy, so I just wanna say the two aren’t mutually exclusive.

Right now , life's good. I am enjoying every moment of it. Minus the fact that I'm annoyed and pissed at some hypocrite bitches around me. To confront or not? I think I'll just shut up for now , cos life's too good to be ruined thinking about those fucktards :P
